I am using Windows In windows 10, Run the game and In the Main menu press Windows logo key on the keyboard. Now you should in your desktop. Now right click the taskbar and open Task Manager. It should highlight the process on the details tab. It means the game should only use one CPU. Now press Ok and and go back to the Game.

Try this. Minimize game and open task manager. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. After clicking on new game i get black screen and the game freezes…can you tell a solution.
